1dayキャンプ中級無事に終了しました☆

今回は、ボレーストレート、ボレードロップ、ボレーボーストの使い方の学習です。

1つ1つのショットはみなさん打てるので、いつ!どこで!?どのように!?!?取り入れるのかの予測と判断力の練習です。

ボールだけに集中しないように視野を広く持ってコートをフル活用!!できると良いと思います^0^v
