こんにちは、SQ-CUBE横浜丸山です！

最近は毎日寒いですよねー

自分は学校の授業で首を痛めたり、スカッシュして足首痛めたりと散々でした…

寒いので自分みたいにならないように準備運動しっかり行ないましょう！

明日からまた東京でも雪が降りそうです。体調には気をつけてください。
